Once your order has been submitted, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you.

Payment is then processed based on the confirmed order.

JKR explicitly reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased by any customer and to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.

We may cancel an order in the following situations:

• The goods or services are unavailable.

• We believe, for any reason, that you are a reseller and not a consumer.

• Your order appears to have been placed fraudulently.

• A technical error occurs while processing your order.

These rights to refuse or cancel apply even to orders that have already been accepted.

We do not accept any other forms of payment. JKR is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from customers failing to comply with these terms.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and may vary based on exchange rates.

You may cancel your order before your item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has left the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

Please note:

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or commercial address.

• Promotional items, including daily deals, cannot be cancelled once the purchase has been confirmed.

• Special Note for Consumables: Orders typically 3-12 business days to process. Delays may occur depending on manufacturer availability. Our customer service team will contact you if delays extend beyond this period.

Please note that cancellations are not accepted due to such delays.

Orders are shipped from our delivery station each morning.

Delivery usually takes 1-5 working days from order placement.

We aim to deliver all items in one shipment. However, if a split delivery is required, you will be notified via email and will not incur additional shipping costs.

North Island

• Up to 3 kg: NZ $8

• Up to 25 kg: NZ $16

​

South Island

• Up to 3 kg: NZ $11

• Up to 25 kg: NZ $25

Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• The product was damaged upon arrival, or

• You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

• Products must not have been used.

• Any free gifts received must be returned in their original condition along with the returned item.

JKR will NOT issue refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind (e.g., colour preference).

• Damage caused by the customer.

• Products that have been opened or used.

• If we reasonably believe the product has been opened or used.
